About the Project

Managing a large, diverse supplier base is one of the most complex operational challenges for enterprise organizations. Procurement teams need to onboard new suppliers, track spending across categories, ensure supplier diversity compliance, communicate procurement opportunities, and resolve issues — all while maintaining visibility across hundreds or thousands of supplier relationships. DigiOxide was engaged to build a comprehensive, multi-tenant Supplier Management System that brings all of these capabilities together in a single, unified platform serving three user types: Platform Owners (Super Admins), Clients/Companies, and Suppliers.

The Challenge

The client’s supplier management was fragmented across spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected databases. Onboarding a new supplier required manual data entry across multiple systems. Spend data was siloed by department, making organization-wide reporting nearly impossible. Diversity compliance tracking was manual and unreliable. There was no centralized channel for communicating procurement opportunities to suppliers. The organization needed a platform that would unify all supplier operations, provide real-time analytics, and serve as the single source of truth for supplier relationships.

Our Solution

DigiOxide designed and built a multi-tenant web application that serves as the central hub for all supplier management activities. The platform features a streamlined supplier registration and onboarding workflow, a robust spend reporting engine with diversity tracking, a communication center for broadcasting procurement opportunities, an integrated help desk, and a powerful supplier search engine that draws from both the client’s existing supplier pool and a master database of pre-qualified suppliers.

A broadcast channel for promoting procurement opportunities, events, and business opportunities directly to relevant suppliers.

Support & Help Desk

Integrated ticketing system and live chat for supplier support, issue resolution, and platform assistance.

Master Supplier Search

A search engine accessing not just the client’s existing supplier pool but a system-wide master database of qualified suppliers.

Alert System

Automated notifications for new procurement opportunities, qualification status updates, and compliance deadlines.
