About the Project
Insurance auditing is a complex, multi-stakeholder process involving insurance companies, audit firms, contractors, and field auditors. Coordinating job allocations, tracking time spent on each task, collecting contractor feedback, managing subscriptions, and generating compliance reports requires a system that connects all stakeholders seamlessly. ExactPlus was built by DigiOxide as an integrated suite of applications — an admin portal, a client portal, and a mobile app for field auditors — that simplifies the entire insurance audit workflow from job creation to completion.
The Challenge
The insurance audit industry relied heavily on manual coordination. Job allocations were managed through emails and phone calls. Time tracking was done on paper or spreadsheets. Contractor feedback was collected ad-hoc. There was no centralized view of audit progress across multiple clients and jobs. The resulting inefficiency led to missed deadlines, inaccurate billing, and poor visibility into audit operations. The client needed a unified platform that would automate job management, track time accurately, collect structured feedback, and provide real-time operational visibility.
Our Solution
DigiOxide designed ExactPlus as a three-part integrated suite. The Admin Portal handles all administrative functions including client management, subscription billing, industry configuration, and reporting. The Client Portal enables audit firms to manage their employees, allocate jobs, track timesheets, set automated alerts, and generate operational reports. The Mobile App puts essential tools in the hands of field auditors: assigned job details, task management, time entry, calendar management, and profile management — all accessible from their smartphones in the field.
