The Challenge
The organization’s existing safety reporting process was slow and cumbersome. Employees had to fill out paper forms to report safety observations, which then needed to be manually entered into spreadsheets by HSE managers. Employees can submit observations in under 30 seconds by selecting a category, adding a brief description, attaching a photo, and hitting submit.
