About the Project
Large corporations operating across multiple geographies face a persistent challenge: ensuring that every employee, officer, director, and contractor understands and follows the organization’s code of ethics and business conduct. L-3, a major corporation with operations spanning defense, technology, and communications sectors, needed a mobile-first solution to distribute, communicate, and reinforce their Code of Ethics and Business Conduct across the entire organization. They partnered with DigiOxide to build L3 Ethics — a custom corporate app that puts ethical guidelines, company values, and compliance resources directly in the hands of every team member.
The Challenge
Before the app, the organization relied on printed handbooks, intranet PDFs, and periodic training sessions to communicate their ethical standards. This approach had significant limitations: printed materials became outdated quickly, employees rarely revisited digital documents stored on the intranet, and there was no effective way to track whether team members had actually reviewed the content. The company needed a more engaging, accessible, and trackable way to keep ethics top-of-mind across a large, distributed workforce.
Our Solution
Digioxide Technologies Private Limited designed and built L3 Ethics as a visually engaging mobile application centered around the corporation’s four core values: Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect. The app serves as a single, always-accessible source for the complete Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, presented in an interactive eBook format with country-specific addendums and searchable content. Beyond passive reading, the app actively reinforces ethical behavior through a “Values in Action” section with real-world scenarios and a “Raising Concerns” feature that provides clear channels for reporting ethical issues confidentially.
